Your a pud. The fact is, that there was not a Republican majority in the FERC till June of 2001! Until June of 2001, EVERY MEMBER OF THE FERC WAS A CLINTON APPOINTEE. You're trying to imply that the FERC as it stands today, is less responsible than when Bill Clinton was President?
