I'm going to start buying back into the market during the week of 9/16. I'll buy in 6 equal chunks over a 6 week period. At this point, I'm getting increasingly bullish (although bullish to me now means 7-9% long term average annual return). I think we are skimming along the bottom now and buying during the Sept/Oct lows should provide a good long term return, if you are a long term buy and holder. In addition, I have an ongoing savings plan through our 401Ks and IRAs, not to mention a monthly automatic investment plan. So this extra money is just cash, I've had sitting on the sidelines from selling all losers over the last year of so. :)

Again though, I'm not talking about buying Cisco. I'm talking about my portfolio with my financial planner. Even at these levels, I think Cisco isn't a good long term buy. It would have to drop below $10 for me to consider buying it again.
