No, but he probably has some other conspiracy theory to cover that. I'm beginning to think craig and GST are really the same person.

We went to Afghanistan to kill those who killed our people -- and we used Afghans to kill Afghans. Serbia was a very close call -- and there was no consensus. It was actually one time when Clinton stuck his neck out. If you recall the debates of the time, the Republicans repeatedly said we should not go into Serbia because there was "no compelling US national interest" to be served -- there was no oil. We have been more than willing to stand by as millions have died in brutal civil wars in Africa - no compelling US national interest -- no oil, or at least not enough to make a difference.

Is there oil in Serbia? ...in Afganistan?

When I read this comment, I thought: "this is such a clear non-sequitur that nobody will fall for it"...But the next posting is from R.B. falling for it!

To put it in simple terms, GST said:

"Oil in a country means the US is interested. "

William H replied:

"But the reverse is not true as Serbia and Afghanistan show."

Sure enough. In no way does William statement contradicts what GST said. Think about it.
