But the fact Lay pulled off the scam and also got over $7 billion in government generated contracts under Clinton isn't spin. Remember ENE went south under Bush when he wouldn't back the scam.

It was reported that he stayed in the Lincoln bedroom, but later proven just a communication problem. Clinton got a quick lay in that bedroom, not a quick Lay.
