Blair is British -- he is an example of British diplomacy at work. He is not part of the Bush administration. He is doing Cheney's job for good old Dick -- Cheney made a fool of himself in the last six months. As for "lining them up", I did not see any place where it said that any European leaders changed their minds and decided to forget about insisting on going through the UN Security Council --get back to me when European leaders start "lining up" for regime change and no UN involvement. Eventually you will make a point -- I am almost certain of it.
