Rich, A missile is not the only way to deliver a nuclear bomb. I thought that was a major reason why you are against SDI. Further, in 2000 he tested 8 ballistic missiles. My guess, is that if the United States and Britain knew about them, they would have destroyed them before the test fire. Yes they have a range of only 150km, but are you trying to tell me that solid propelled boosters cannot be attached his current missiles - and extend range? And what if he just decides to blow one up on Iraqi soil near the Iran/Kuwait/Saudi border?
