Dave, and the cow jumped over the moon. We had a disaster on 9/11. Now we are trying to justify that sane folks who are not pledged to martyrdom (ie Saddam) are going to do 9/11-2. Yes, he will if we attack, he will fight to the death and take out everything he can, is that what you want. This man is not stupid he has lasted for twenty years already. As for missile range 150KM is less than 100 miles a long way from any friendly of ours except Israel, who btw Israel fires missiles at civilian women and children daily. The answer lies in building economic ties not sanctions. Look at Cuba, it is disgusting we still are quaranteeing them.
