I agree, the sheep heading into housing remind me of the sheep heading to gilder-ng- B.corcoran says rents down 20% but sales soaring. Now call me a fool, but if rents are declining wont that tempt people not to buy? also if low rates are spuring the market then obviously we are close to toping cause rates aint going much lower. I frankly am amazed that people after getting whacked in stocks would speculate in RE

PHM, RYL, KBH, and CMH appear to be technically weakest in the homebuilder sector.

MTG and PMI, mortgage insurers, look weak as well.
