" That doesn't explicitly mention WMD, but that combined with WMD development and refusal of inspections under a Treaty of Versailles (or Ver-desert or wherever that treaty was signed) is enough. If the military restrictions in the Treaty of Versailles had been enforced, Hitler would not have had tanks or a Luftwaffe of any real size.

WMD is but another argument....I only took the easiest and most self evident.....
