Don't know about the major rally bit, IMO this is just covering by people who had placed a bet on the big INTC confession and didn't get one. Once those boyz are flat, it should be over. It's not as if INTC said things were going great, in fact, this is just more evidence that we're slowly sliding down into gawd-knows-what. I'm outta here for now. Let's see how much of a rally mood they're in tomorrow once they start getting nervous again about holding over the weekend
