The world is not waiting for secret documents. The world is not waiting for photos from spy satellites. The world is not waiting for information from the CIA or the NIA or from secret sources. The world is waiting for leadership -- for somebody to explain the logic that allows us to justify invading Iraq. Bill did not even try to think it through, and you don't address the issue at all. If we go through the UN security Council, the question will be the same -- what is the logic that justifies this? So far, none has been provided. This is a leadership failure, not an information gap.
