Sounds like French food to me. :-)

Describe a good Sicilian sauce. I'm dying to hear.

Emeril's alad dressing was nice as far as they go , but you're right

when it comes to buying any salad dressing given how easy
they are to make ...you can't beat salsa fresca everytime.
The French make their own mayonaise usually daily. But
Emeril is raking it in , and does have some nice recipies
being a Chef once myself , I say go Emeril!

Sicilian ? Now how could anyone miss that about you shootie...

----->Benvenuti Pezza Novante ! hehe

The warm Medditerranean dishes ..

Pasta , Osso Bucco , Caponata , marinated seafood salads scallops, mussels, prawns , Spaghetti....Cannoli and
my fave Tiramasu, yum yum !

There was one pasta I used to fix for those who like it Hot , was "Putanesca" ....Red Lady of the Night.
garlic , herbs , parsely, red pepper flakes and anchovies, a little wine
and olive oil . (diced fresh tomatoes optional)

A really spicy dish !

;-)

Oops ....I left out the

Calamari Salad and and Fritte....

Fritte dipped in seasoned flour and cooked quickly in Olive Oil till golden brown and the Calimari just tender
removed from the pan then added some butter/olive oil
and garlic/herbs and quenched with squeezed lemon
and then tossed with the Calmari ...

Ooh , I haven't had breakfast yet ...time to stop !

hehe

;-)

PS I think I know what I am having for dinner tonight ...or even lunch !
