Oh my gosh. I am printing that out.

You know, I've just eaten dinner and that made my mouth water. First, I'd thought yellow tomatoes were a rather new, kinda trendy, thing. I had no idea they were a classic. And I love the tossing in of whole garlic cloves. They give a great nuttiness to the sauce.

I'm Cordon Bleu certified in Tuscan cooking (which I know is different from Sicilian) and we were taught to halve the clove and remove the green core, does your family do this?

And the Romano in the sauce! Bless you!
