Let's take this apart
For me, a novel is not the person. It is not realtime alive and interacting with me. And an autobiography is not a person, it is not real time alive and interacting with me. This post, you are reading, could be autobiography, but you've no idea if it is or not. It could be fiction. It could be by a man or a woman. It could be written my someone of almost any age. When I stand next to someone I have their body in front of me telling me all about them. I have the way they present themselves to me telling me all about them. I have their eye contact and muscle twitches telling me all about them. I have their voice and their words telling me all about them. It is about more than truth and lies. For me it is about the summation of a person.

If you are your words, and your words are you- I understand the comparison to real people. Are you your words and are your words you? Because imo this is NOT me. This is created by me. And me is not X.
