as in,
you hold the rights to mine the dirt,
you and only you, no one else involved as a business partener?
if so,
then lets go 50-50
with each poured gold brick
i will hack-saw in half after you draw that line
and we each walk away with that 1/2 solid gold brick.
Seems like it all profit for you, the 1/2 of each pour,
with me paying the start-up(s) and bills using my cash
as i posted.
