I thought I'd swing by on my way home with another bottle of wine. Tonight's selection is a Canoe Ridge Vineyard Chardonnay (1999) canoeridgevineyard.com This wine was rated 91 Points in the October 2000 issue of The Wine Enthusiast: "A bright, sweet nose of tropical fruit. Forward and lively, with excellent concentration. The fruit shines here white peaches with a hint of mineral at the core and tangy with a natural sweetness in the finish. Great value." I've had it in my cellar for a while and thought I'd share. Enjoy.
