This initiative enables Tecno Ingenieria to function as an application service provider (ASP) for its complete line of educational solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, Infonet will provide Tecno Ingenieria with high-quality application to network availability, allowing Tecno Ingenieria to host its own e-learning solutions, virtual library management, and B2B and B2C exchanges. This service, which will be offered to libraries, universities and K-12 organizations within Mexico will result in better service for Tecno Ingenieria's current and future clients. In addition, Infonet's network will provide Tecno Ingenieria with e-procurement capabilities and ASP business model benefits.
