that is a very valid concern.

though not likely to affect those who haven't "cashed out" by way of re-fi loans or bought many years ago.

i had a family member who bought a home and because of a job transfer situation was forced to sell within 6 months.

they barelybroke even. and they were sweating that "having to write a check" scenario.
