Jim: I'm a little gun-shy of precious metals today. Yesterday I picked up 30,000 shares of DROOY at an average of $4.07 - thought I had the buy of my life! Well, I let myself get scared out of the position on the rapid and accelerating run in equities and corresponding drop in POG; I ended up selling my position out at $4.05, a $600 loss. In hindsight I should have hung onto my position for a $15,000 gain at today's high, but I was concerned with capital preservation in a very wierd market!

DROOY has had quite a runup since yesterday, now at $4.50 - makes me a little sick to pay $4.50 for something I owned yesterday for $4.07! I'll probably try and pick some up toward the eod, since I agree that precious metals are a nice forward play.
