Thanks, Kb....

You helped answer my question...
<<Umoe don't compete for shares since Umoe buys his domestically>>

In checking the Oslo Borse data again, I see almost 30 million PGS shares traded in Oslo for the 3 days 31.7.02 through 2.8.02. We don't know if Umoe bought its 10.6 million shares then, but Umoe probably accounted for a large percentage of the Oslo volume those days.

KB, when looking at Aero's charts, you have to wait for a little button with arrows to show up, then click on that button. It will enlarge his charts so they are readable.

Sometimes you have to drink a cup of coffee and whistle a tune before the button appears, but it'll show up. It'll show up in the lower right hand side of the chart.

Aero, when posting your charts, click on the browser with your right side of the mouse. When the address is lit up in blue, click on the word "copy" with your left side of the mouse. Now you're ready to post the chart.

Right click, in your message box, at the point you want to paste your chart's address, then click on the word "paste" with your left side of the mouse. Voila! We should be able to read your charts clearly without waiting for that little maximize button to show up.

Norway informal survey.

Using a search function at hbs.edu, I found a list of 195 executives and professionals in Norway who graduated from HBS. I contacted a very small sample of this group with this question:

<< Based on what you know about the circumstances, do you think that Jens Ulltveit-Moe will be a positive addition to Petroleum Geo Services ASA?>>
~~~~~~~~~~~
Some of the responses from Norway included:
<<Absolutely!>>
<<Thank you for your mail. I have observed from a distance Jens Ulltveit-Moe's activities within Norwegian off-shore/ship-building over the last years. Recently, I have also had the pleasure of meeting with him. I believe he would be a positive addition to PGS. He has a solid track record of turnaround from the off-shore/ship-building industry and good connections to the Norwegian establishment through his position as President of the Confederation of Norwegian Business and Industry.
