As usual Bob -- you have no point to make but you post anyway. Bush is doing damage control after losing the support of 99% of the the rest of the world on his Iraq policy by now trying to emphasize disarmament after the bungled "regime change" policy. Your friend Bill thinks the difference between disarmament and regime change is "semantics". And you, well you just never make any kind of point -- you just react to others.
