Nadine,

Wouldn't you love to interview Ritter? I know I would.

The BBC has a great story on the speech:

Mr Bush, a president often accused of acting unilaterally, burst onto the UN stage on Thursday to unexpectedly take the UN at face value. He is calling its bluff, giving it a last chance.

He is challenging it to fulfil its role as an organisation supposed to be able to impose its will on the world and to enforce its own resolutions.

btw - I liked the speech and believe it provides the cover. There will be a UN Security Council resolution to provide justification.
