Bill, generally speaking you are right, but I generally haven't been looking for sensitive information. Most recently, I wrote to ask whether they had seeded the various *BSD, PostgreSQL and mySQL teams with hammer systems as part of "Rolling Thunder", and to suggest that they do so if they hadn't. And as usual, they didn't even bother to extend the basic courtesy of a reply. Even if they couldn't comment, an acknowledgement would be appropriate. I've called and written four messages to two different people on this matter, and I've still received absolutely no response in two months. I'm quite disenchanted, and I plan to take it up with the people in charge.
