BP,

Why would you jump to that conclusion with no other facts?

I recently asked KVH, and was told that "a number" of the top execs are in the process of buying new homes for their growing families. I believe this may include the CEO. Why don't you call them and ask for yourself?

As for Mr. Forsythe's sale, who knows, but perhaps it's related to the move KVH made to bring in a new CFO in July?

This is a young management team for the most part. Besides their salaries, their stock must represent a lot of their equity for buying things like homes.

I didn't mean to say the former VP was irrelevant, just that it didn't concern me. And Forsyth may be disappointed by the appointment of Spratt. But KVH himself selling is the first "bad news" I've seen with this company.

Over the last few years, both operationally and technically, they appear to be performing admirably, so I'll continue to look on the bright side for now. Perhaps KVH sold because he was worried about a terrorist attack on 9/11/03 ?
