Do you have a link to that information not associated with Reed Irvine? Mr. Irvine has made misstatements as large as Mr. Allen has, on topics I am familiar with. I have googled and tried to find anything about this alleged payment from someone alleged to be close to Sadam (but this person is an American?)- but have not found anything in the mainstream press, or even a reputable small press. Can you supply any source that could be considered even quasi reputable?
