three possibilites: This is a stalling tactic.
they allow them in and they find nothing.
they allow them in and they find something.
The last is least likely (why let us then?).
The first has good historical precedent and will work ST.
the middle supported by folks like ritter.
Market implications of each?

all day something in the back of my head was wondering about the saudi about-face...out of the blue they say they'll support whatever the UN decides...suddenly they look like good allies...then WHAM...saddam "caves"...tell me the saudis didn't know that was coming, lol.

by the time they sort out the politics and protocols of it all, november elections will be come and gone and saddam can safely flip the world a bird for another two years...

looks like shrub got snookered by his own inexperience and arrogance.
