I did suggest way back when here that it could all just be a bluff to get Saddam back on board on US terms. India recently acquired 310 tanks and is deploying them on the front lines. That's the next trouble spot. Seems to me we will never be short of trouble spots next ten years or so. My guess on the terrorist front is an attack on a US refinery within the next six months. Old Farmers' Almanac says a cold winter coming, especially February/March.
