Leaving aside the allegations of manipulation, which are interesting but not relevant to the issue at hand, here is the statement by Ritter that is exactly the opposite of what he said in 1998: "So when we talk about Iraq's current weapons of mass destruction threat, the answer is there is no weapons of mass destruction threat."

I already quoted what he said in 1998.

Was he lying then, or is he lying now?
