Neocon, right. Those Arab leaders have been

behaving relatively nicely for the past decade
or so, problem is nothing seems to satisfy Uncle
Sam. It's still threatening and attacking. How do
you expect any serious negotiations when you have
troops operating inside the borders of a sovereign
state and are inciting unrest in it and around it?

It's just unacceptable.
