"I like snow, not gray sooty winters, Pitt weather sucks /jw " Um, perhaps you are trapped in a time warp Jim. The Steel mills are mostly gone. The air & water is cleaner than most major cities today. Our snow is cleaner than what falls in many other major metro areas. Again Jim, I know your deep desire to return to Boston. I know you have some less than memorable times spent in Pittsburgh that really have no bearing on the city itself. I know I won't change your mind, but your biased, unsupportable observations won't change mine either. I have lived & worked in numerous cities for many weeks/months/years. None have measured up to the overall quality of life I have found in the Pittsburgh metro area. It ain't even close on oh so many levels. No, it ain't perfect here. IMVHO, it's just better than other places.
