Ok, so that was a pretty broad statement. I'm glad to hear you say that. That's what caught my eye. That is just the way it the law is supposed to work. That's pretty "broad" a statement, too. Are you suggesting that the Constitution intends for people under arrest to lose "all" of their rights? With the help of the ACLU and Lawyers we have given "Outlaws" more rights than those of us that work for a living and obey the laws of the land... Three in a row. I get the perception that you're prone to broad oversimplifications. Is that accurate? ...so I guess we should feel sorry for those "poor outlaws". I have no idea why you'd say that or who you're referring to, but you of course can feel sorry for whoever you so desire. You keep talking about there being a difference in the "kind" of dope that black people use as opposed to the dope that others use... I do? Where? I think you've got me confused with another poster. ...why not don't use it at all ???? Buy groceries with that money !! I'd personally have drugs legalized and avoid all the associated problems, but again: it sounds like you've been having this discussion with someone else. Good luck. LPS5
