Hi Carl - in order to convince me that the Fast Sealift vessels are mothballed at this very moment, you'd have to find an eyewitness account from someone who has actually seen them in drydock or whatever it is they are in, within the past week or so.

While you're at it, call Military Sealift Command (they're in DC, at the Washington Navy Yard) and ask them to tell you which of the rest of the MSC fleet is mothballed. Tell them you're a taxpayer, that should make them cooperative.;^)
