kirby, that one about tax implications...actually I think is a dangerous one to even consider when making a stock investment. I can't tell you how many people, myself included, who failed to sell QCOM at $150 because of tax implications. Frankly, all I see capital gains taxes as now are indications of my success in trading. Quite a change from three years ago.
