I got stuff that has been delisted for 1/2 a decade.

Oh, poor baby. [grin]

I got stuff that has been delisted for nearly two decades. I got stuff that has been consolidated twice and cease traded twice, but mercilessly, continues to trade. After all that, I think I have one share that's worth a nickel.

One of these days I will have to get the share certificates and sell the stuff to my cat and take the loss.

Good luck. I tried that but my cat's tail got real bushy, it arched its back and uttered this really low pitched wail.

I really should sell the nickel stuff, because once it goes under, I have not found a way to get them out of my account. But then, I haven't really tried too hard. I think it's a good reminder not to return to my more foolish days.

Regards,

WillP

Ralph, thanks for the disclosure. Re the odds and sods situation, I have only one story to tell, that is my strat vista. It started out Canadian Gold Resources when I bought it in 1987. It was the last stock I bought on a brokers recommendation. I have gone to lengths to distance myself from these disguised salesmen. Haven’t talked to one since that era, and I am doing just fine, thank you very much. I am holding it to offset future capital gains, which are likely going to soon.;o)

I should mention….well, I will mention, that I sold my NT, taking a small loss. Got out at 1.52 a few days ago. So much for being able to say “I made money on Nortel!” I may dabble again later. Probably should short it now if I had some balls! I took those funds and was able to pick up 1000 shares of DDN today at the low of .39. I may have to pay more to fill the next 2000 shares. I was quite impressed with the diamond counts they found. This one could take off IMO.

And KCA, it was a good performer today, eh? Not bad for being dropped from the S&PTSX. If you take the time to look into it, please share your thoughts.
