Dave- K8 launch delay

First, read the article in Digitimes, not Magee's rehash in the Inquirer. The Digitimes article is much clearer, I guess because Taiwanese people speak better English than Magee.

One of the mysteries for me is the fab for Barton. If Barton will ship in Q1 03, as Heye stated, then Barton will be sourced out of Dresden, no? I just can't imagine a new fab starting up with an unproven SOI process. AMD wouldn't do that, would they?
