you'd prefer a global caliphate instead ? Do you really think that is the only alternative? Oh there is no shortage of others, such as global authoritarian communism (expansionist China...) Face the fact that everyone will find reasons to be pissed off at us as long as we are in the lead, no matter what we do and what kind of boy scouts we act like. The document is essentially motherhood and apple pie anyhow, hardly the kind of 1984 nightmare you'd like it to be.
