Well, in those cases I would argue that it's not the words that cause the act because the words are irrelevant. If you're just talking to a machine, it's all in how you program it. You can tell it to explode the bomb when you say bang, or when you say zinfandel wine, or when you whistle Dixie, or when a bird flies within 100 feet of a sensor. The words don't in and of themselves are meaningless sounds to the machine. Well, not meaningless because it does act on them, but you know what I mean. If you programmed it right, the words "do nothing" could cause it to do everything.
