I am playing the downside on Duke until this downgrade is made or not (MOODY'S PLACES LONG AND SHORT TERM SECURITIES RATINGS OF DUKE ENERGY (A1) AND LONG TERM RATINGS OF DUKE CAPITAL (A3) ON REVIEW FOR POTENTIAL DOWNGRADE). Until that time so many negatives surround the company (see biz.yahoo.com including a possible dividend cut that it seems prudent to wait for a new bottom. JMO. Enron was bullet proof too it seemed given div., and that BK scare still looms large. Remember DUK has already been battered by investigations into trading practices and those investigations are not concluded to my knowledge based on news stories. RO
