No, I gather Den Beste thinks anyone who disagrees with his positions is on the left. A very handy way for him to dismiss arguments. Not a way to think; just a way to label. Now you are doing the labelling and you are doing the dismissing. Den Beste is trying to understand arguments that have been made over and over -- let's not have amnesia here -- from a side that calls itself "progressive" and is generally called the Left. Now you are trying to dismiss his arguments because he (gasp!) says, accurately, that these arguments come from the left. You don't approve of dismissing arguments? Fine, answer Den Beste's points!
