I can see taking a chance on some cigar butt tech stocks if you have a long timeframe and it's risk capital; but you have to be sure the company will survive first. I am not convinced about LU yet at all. Frankly, there are some non-tech stocks I like from a valuation point of view. However, as Ray points out, most charts out there look like crap and could get worse. I am thinking seriously about parking any spare cash I have in IShare bond funds like LQD and IEF until the market tone improves.
