This sounds pretty funny coming from a Canadian -

"...with your government's consent leads you down the garden path to certain financial ruin thanks to a national debt you will never be able to repay..."

Sounds like buddy had better check his own country's deficit figures

Man, that's way too vitriolic for me ...

Did you forget the <g>, or are you suggesting that he's representative of all Canadians, or just me? Or are you suggesting that the rest of the world doesn't get a say in this matter?

I agree with that guy. He sounds a little over the top harsh, but it is probably intentional. I can't understand how the guys on this thread who seem so smart to me , and mistrusted all the market BS for the last few years don't wanna/can't see through what the US administration/ shadow government is doing/ has done. The guys at work sometimes call me a genius cause I called BS on things like NT at the highs. That knowledge I got from here; it was available to anyone who wanted to see it.
I read in what he said a dissapointment that the people who showed the world what was possible given half a chance (that's you yanks)have turned soft, fat and cowardly and are mixed up and losing many hard won victories over tyranny.

totally inaccurate on a few counts

>>Never mind that earth-friendly technology already exists to once and for all end dependence on oil, coal and nuclear energy from huge, out-of-control utilities and corporations. <<

That's just plain ignorant.

But he does have a point about fat Americans who think they deserve this and that ... and also our government's complete support of Israel no matter what they do ...
