As for tech coming around, of course it will, but are you willing to hold for instance INTC until it bottoms around 5?

What exactly are you basing this prediction on?

I don't see it in the economy that I live in as folks are still filling up the retail lots and eating out. The 12 basis points you speak is parallel with the increase to 5.9% but it has since come down to 5.7% but all this is worrying over changes that are fairly microscopic. Time will tell. No I am not long INTC. If you can promise that it is going to book value I will wait. JFD
