Congrats!

Now you can go through the buyer's remorse part. -gggg-

After we had this house under contract I went through terrible buyer's remorse, I even got physically ill when we went up to see the property again after the seller agreed to our price. It was weird because I've not had a moment of regret since then. Its just traumatic making such a big purchase. I asked a few friends of mine what they went through after getting a contract accepted and they all had similar experiences. If you pay what you think is a lot or the seller accepts your contract too quickly, you think you paid too much and you should have offered less....if you get a deal like I did, then you start thinking there is something wrong with the place that you didn't see. In retrospect we got a great deal.

Apparently you didn't listen to the great advice because it would have told you to hold off <ggg>.

...offer accepted...

Just two weeks ago you were talking about selling and renting. Did you have you house up for sell at that time? And are you going to now rent?
