Re: biz.yahoo.com

Who commissioned that report? Larry Ellison? A short seller?<g>

If you go to that research company's linked website( NucleusResearch.com ), it appears that they usually sell copies of their research for a hefty sum -- starting at $500.00. However, they're giving this negative piece about SEBL away, both on the site and through the media. Altruism? I doubt it.

Also, they distinguish between research reports -- like they did on some MSFT software, and research notes like they did on SEBL. Is a "note" less thorough than a "report"? How many people of the 60+ that they contacted responded to their inquiries? Were they only the dissatisfied ones? Does that merit only a "note" rather than a "report"?

Finally, why was this put out on the Business Wire on Yahoo with the first word in the headline, "REPEAT"? Didn't they make a big enough splash the first time?<g>
