The last time D. Rumsfield saw S. Hussein, he gave him a cordial handshake. The date was almost 20 years ago, Dec. 20, 1983; an official Iraqi television recorded the historic moment. And I'm sure FDR gave Stalin a handshake, and any number of American politicians have given hand shakes to Yassir Arafat. Politicians deal with slime around the world. If you don't have a specific reason to be hostile you act politely even though they are slime. That's just the way international relations works. Tim.
