Lets follow the path this next year. I agree but my impression from reading the news account was not that he flipped. That he was still disturbed by Iraq but was bothered by the unilateralism of the Bush approach, etc. But I only read news accounts. Did not read the speech. Political speeches are a waste and Gore's are definitely no exception. The last set of political speeches I could read with any interest were Kennedy's. Because, whatshisname, his chief speechwriter, could write a hell of speech.
