not the point, besides the point.

and you don't know what an alternative can do until the occasion happens.

focus dude. too many onopodopeas in that. <g>

but i do know the history of the present folks and i do know what they say and do, and i do know the result.

and i have an opinion about it.

my opinion might be worth a little tug... but the rest stands as it stands.

i think i'll leave it at that.

okay, here's a more honest answer...

i live in a place where the most basic rights of citizenship and law have been suspended...

and yet protectors of those rights were not allowed to do their jobs...though they worked without such supra constitutional luxery at the time...

that's just two points...

i must conclude.. i'm on my own number one

and

number two...

i must be on my own, since i have no law to protect me one way or another.

it is a free for all across the board

would gore or anyone else have done that?

beats me. and i don't think you know either.

and why bring up gore. I never have.

spend more time on what you are losing and asked to defend in the same breath instead of some wasted comparison against what has never happened and what may never happen.

and lastly, how do you make a buck or two figuring out how folks will conduct themselves in the value dome, called the market. in itself, as we have seen, not so free as we might have once assumed.
