People think of Albanians as people who happen to live in Europe but actually inhabit the middle ages. They are seen as people who use dog carts and cook on garbage can lids. That is false and just about as backward an attitude as the average Albanian. They are not that advanced. Soon they will be getting colour TV. One colour TV. And one channel and a dummy remote. It will be located at the residential palace. Next year they will get an outlet to plug it in, and after that some electricity, which they will borrow from a Rent-All Honda generator. Things are moving fast in Albania. The news however will still be read over the balcony at noon and daily machine gun practice will still be compulsory for all ages. EC<:-}
