The only question, IMHO, is where and when to add new shorts. Since August 22 in the Dow, we've had two 9-10 day declines interrupted by one four-day sharp rally (500 points). Means we should get a flat for 4-6 days, followed by another two-week downleg, no?

I suppose the alternative is a completed ABC, which means we see 9000 before another leg down.

I'm enjoying the Homestore.com press conference. They hid a lot of losses via "pro forma" press releases, but anyone looking at the actual numbers would have never been fooled by them.
