Yes Burns, that would be a fact. But I,m not the one who qualified fact or opinion like Pete did with his disclosure. "Disclosure: For the past three years I have enjoyed capital gains in excess of 50% annual return on capital by selling short Bulletin Board and Pink Sheet stocks, the future prospects of which I felt were misrepresented, often fraudulently. I believe that the common stock discussed on this message board falls into that group, and I either am short the stock, was short the stock or am considering taking a short position. I am a former fee-paying member of the Anthony Pacific investment group. The leader of that group, Amr (Tony) Elgindy was indicted in May 2002 on charges of obtaining information illegally and using that information to extort companies. He has not yet been tried or admitted guilt regarding these charges. While I seek to profit from my short positions, I also consider it an ethical duty to share the unpleasant truths I discover about these companies, so that innocent investors may be prevented from losing money. I post verifiable, truthful facts. If a statement is not verifiable via the internet, I qualify that statement as an opinion. "but that's because i think it's a total POS" Is that a fact or an opinion? You missed some of my previous filings as well, but go ahead and short the stock. I short blue chips all the time and in MY OPINION wouldn't waste the effort on BB's or pinkies because I believe it to be constraining, along with unethical. To answer your question rhetorically, do you know the reasons why I've filed to sell? Do you have any idea how many shares I have? Happy shorting.
